  4. Deadlifts can build a strong back if done perfectly, preventing injuries. But they can in no shape or form heal an already-existing injury... If anything they would simply make that injury even more severe or add an existing one ontop of it.

  5. Well, I solved my back pain issue with deadlifts...
To be honest, I am sitting a lot, and I am working on my computer more than 5 hours a day + I go to school where I also sit a lot....
Pain or some minor injury would not occur if you were training regularly... Don't curse me for my comments... I meant to say something good :)

  6. Going to the gym and doing Deadlifts after being in an accident that injured your lower back isn't exactly the fucking smartest thing to do.

  11. To get that problem fixed: don't bend down; don't lift putting yourself in a 90 degrees position (forming the angle with your back and legs) and you will not have any pain without any medicines. :)

  13. i have intense lower back pain all the time, its in my family so i blame genetic. I mostly on my office chair with back support but no improvement. when it comes to sleeping there is a sudden guilt of pain because my back bone is probably straight. I have tried massage, vibration machines etc, but they are temporary

Is there anything i can do to keep the pain low.
