I have a throat infection. Could that be causing these lower back pains and the cramps?

If you are on antibiotics for your throat infection they can alter the yeast balance in your vagina causing thrush. If this is bad enough you will get cramps and back pain. Thrush is not always presented with discharge, smell and itch though like most people believe... it can be just internal so don't automatically assume that yo don't have it.

If you are not in antibiotics, the throat infection could leave you really run down and this could also cause infection to set in down there too.

You should jsut mention it to your doc but if you are on antibiotics for the throat they will treat thrush too... and can also cause it as well so bit of a catch 22 :(
