What causes lower back pain and heaviness in the lower abdominal area?

Question by Emily :): What causes lower back pain and heaviness in the lower abdominal area?
I'm trying to explain this the best that I can. I have a constant lower back pain, that sometimes gets pretty uncomfortable. I have also had a type of heaviness up inside me. Way up inside, not like inside the genitals. I had a yearly pap done 8 months ago. Everything showed up normal as usual.
Other important things you should know, is I have been married for 5 years. Never cheat. And you would think if I did some how get something it would of showed up then at my last doctor's visit.
It just worries me to hear that you can have hpv dormated for years and not know it, and get cancer. In your opinions what can be causing this discomforte? I would appreciate your advice. Especially any medical workers who have heard of what these symtoms are. Thanks....

Other possible causes for lower abdominal pain either than appendicitis?

Question by xrwarxlovex: Other possible causes for lower abdominal pain either than appendicitis?
So, I was wondering more about appendicitis. I have an extreme pain almost inline with my belly button, and about an inch or so to the right, maybe down a little bit. It's hurt for about 8 hours and is getting worse. I don't want to jump the gun and say my appendix is bursting, and was wondering if there are any other causes for lower right abdominal pain? No possible way of pregnancy so that's ruled out.

I've experienced what I would describe as a severe cramping pain in that area from kidney stones.

Can A Misaligned Pelvis Cause Right Lower Abdominal Pain?

Question by Theresa Gardner: Can A Misaligned Pelvis Cause Right Lower Abdominal Pain?
I was in a car accident 22 months ago. In Aug I went to a chiropractor and was told that my pelvis was misaligned mostly due to the accident. Can a misaligned pelvis cause right lower abdominal pain?

Answer by pelican
It might be possible since it can affect any of the muscles that are attached to the pelvis. Make sure you get checked for the more obvious things such as appendicitis though. Read more here.

Exactly ovulation happens. My boyfriend and I are sexually active and yes we use protection every time. Well last night I had bad lower back Pain and now this morning I have bad lower right abdominal pain almost where the hip is..that low. Its almost like period cramps but stronger than that. what causes lower abdominal pain with lupus?

Question by Dani J: what causes lower abdominal pain with lupus?
I just found out I have Lupus on monday, I learned that I have had it for 12 years. I have been having lower abdominal pain for the past year, no one could find the cause. This pain is just like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, could it just be IBS or associated with the Lupus?

Best answer:
Answer by Linda R
When we have lupus and something goes wrong with our bodies, our first inclination is to blame it on the lupus. Although lupus can affect any part of the body, the bowel is not one of its favorite places. Lupus is an autoimmune disease. Lupus likes to bring friends (other autoimmune diseases) along with it.

From my experience with lupus patients, gluten can be a source of bowel issues for some. You might ask to be tested for Celiac disease. It is also possible to have IBS and lupus.
