I fell down (or rather slid down) a flight of stairs Saturday and my tailbone has really been hurting ever since. I called into work yesterday and took it easy because being 7 1/2 months pregnant causes enough lower back pain by itself. I ended up having to leave early from work today because the pain became unbearable. I have taken an epsom salt bath, but wondered if there's anything else I can do to ease the pain.

Tailbones tend to be hurt for life as it is hard for them to heal properly. Nearly all mid to lower body functions connect with the tail bone.
It might hurt even more then it should when the baby arrives due too it being a muscle anchor point. Heads up.
