  7. wow thx a lot, my neck has been hurting horribly for months now, i saw your peck strech video, and my shoulders went back to normal and i felt soo much better sitting down and also learning the correct positions,has enlightend me greatly. i should have watched your vid's a long time ago =)

  15. Doc, what would you recommend for toss and turners? Every night I fall asleep in the same position.....Side with pillow between legs but in morns I wake up with pillow 9 out of 10 times on the floor and me asleep in completely different position. Mostly my stomach. I have even gotten to the point where I kinda cave my body in with surrounding pillows and the same thing happens. Any recommendations?

  21. I'm so glad you didn't bring in stirrups because I was expecting this video to go downhill rapidly haha...

    I currently have pain in the back of my skull (where the indentation is on your neck, the natural "lumps" on either side) where the left one is, I think it's a posture problem so I took some painkillers and hoping this guide will help me not aggravate it more.
