  3. Pleased I stumbled upon this film. Love Youtube due to this kind of stuff...

My best friend was formerly bullied. He said he was gonna grow muscle mass. I did not believe him. Then out of nowhere he added 40lbs of complete lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He doesn't get bullied these days. :-) I personally registered the other day. Not to mention this mans emails are interesting!

  7. Thank you for sharing. This is the best video so far on disc herniation. Mine is L4-L5 & L5-S1. Been going to therapy for 4 months with some relief only to experience pain after some time. Would you advise Minimal Invasive surgery? How does MIS spine surgery compare with open spine surgery? Thank you -

Traction for sciatic pain due to herniated disk good, however if you don't get at least 4 hours of deep R.E.M. sleep while in traction, results will be modest and short lived. In R.E.M. sleep the brain paralyses the body, So in order to have gravity really work long term you need to add 2 more ingredients, time, and sleep. D.I.Y. For about $20 in materials a few common tools and some time, pain relief may be just a day or 2 away GravInducedSleepTrac

  10. Hi! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Backprolax Secrets (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried using home remedy called Backprolax Secrets? I've heard some great things about it and my mate completely cures his back pain naturally with this remedy.

    Dear Nabil,

I am a 21 year old guy, who loves football but for about 3 or so years, but..after I play i have major lombar pain, in the left side, feeling pain in my left "buttcheek" . It often dissapers for weeks, then I go play a game, and there it is again, very painful when I make sudden moves, or shoot the ball etc..what can you recommend? pls

  16. Yes, it worked for me!

Another thing. Change shoes from no-heel shoes to heeled shoes every other day or so. It works for me!

  17. Stand up straight. Stretch your legs. There are a zillion exercises on the internet. Pick and chose which ones work for you.

Under NO circumstances, go to a chiro-quackter.

amazing how they have to keep inventing other ways to treat lower back pain because the other 999 times just aren't as effective. People, the answer to your back pain is in the palm of your hand and when you find the answer , the pain disappears instantly.

Hey sunny, Don't know whether you're still suffering, hope you're not. I have almost exactly the same, try inversion therapy to lengthen the spine. The pain goes away and lasts longer each time.
    All the best.
